Upload A Case.

Here are step-by-step instructions to send your digital impressions to WhiteRock Digital Dental Lab. We’re here to support you and help you get the best results possible. If you have any questions, please call us at 866.948.8898 to consult with one of our digital impression experts.

If you don’t see your equipment listed below, please call us at 866.948.8898 for assistance.

  1.  In Carestream Connect, search for WhiteRock Dental Laboratory or info@whiterocksmiles.com to select us as your lab.
  2. Upload your .stl file scans.
  1. Sign into your 3Shape account.
  2. On top toolbar, choose Connections.
  3. Type in WhiteRock and click the Add Connection button.
  4. Type in the WhiteRock email address – info@whiterocksmiles.com and click Find.
  1. Call us at 866-948-8898 to get your user name and password.
  2. Login to whiterocksmiles.labstar.com
  3. Click on Create New Cases and then Case Entry
  4. Complete the online RX and attach your .STL file(s)
  5. Click Create
  1. Set up a case in CEREC, Sirona Connect or Ortho Software. Capture the images, and advance to the point where the buccal bite is articulated in the Model Phase.
  2. Click the arrow in the upper left corner of the screen. Select Export.
  3. Highlight the location where you want to save the file on the left hand side of the windows screen.
  4. Use the drop down menu in the Save as Type field and select .STL from the list.
    a. The user can rename the file by typing whatever they choose in the File Name field.  This is optional.
  5. Click Save.

NOTE: Requires CEREC Chairside 4.5 and higher/Sirona Connect 4.5 and higher/CEREC Ortho 1.2 and higher. The applicable license must be activated on the License Drive which is plugged into the unit for the feature to Export To STL to work.
